I came to Seabrook with my friend who was looking to buy a place. Her in-laws had owned a villa and she’d been coming to the island for over 20 years before they sold. She and her husband missed the area and decided to buy a place on their own. While tagging along, I too fell in love with Seabrook, in large part due to our realtor, Emery Robinson.
She was well prepared when we walked in to our meeting. She had many places for us to see, had information on comps, and gave us all the news on the proposed Horizon Plan, as well as the history of the island. Her enthusiasm for the island, of which she is a resident, was contagious. She was very tuned in to what we wanted and wound up directing us to single houses where we found one that we loved and decided to buy together. Her follow through was terrific, doing things for us that we couldn’t do since we live out of state. She has been such a delight and we are now lucky to call her our friend. When my husband and I decided to move to the Charleston area, we called on Sherri Houston at St. Johns Properties.
